These terms apply when you use Spottico, a UK marketplace that connects space owners with vending machine operators. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them.

Spottico is a venue for space owners and operators to find each other, exchange information and make contact. We are not a party to any agreement, lease or licence made between a space owner and an operator, and we do not act as an agent for either side.

Spottico does not guarantee vending revenue. Any figures shown on the site — including income calculator estimates, footfall ranges and example rents — are illustrative only and are not promises of income, profitability or returns. Actual results depend on many factors outside Spottico's control, including location, footfall, the operator, products and customer behaviour.

Listing information is provided by space owners, who are responsible for its accuracy. Information should be accurate but may be subject to verification before a listing is confirmed. Footfall figures are owner estimates unless marked as verified. Spottico does not independently guarantee the condition, legality, suitability or availability of any space. You should carry out your own checks before agreeing to any placement.

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure, and only list spaces you have the right to offer. You must not use Spottico to send spam, make misleading claims, or post content you do not have the rights to. We may remove listings or suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Any rent, term, deposit or placement arrangement is agreed directly between the space owner and the operator. Spottico does not currently process rent payments. Each party is responsible for their own legal, tax and regulatory obligations, including any permissions or landlord consents needed for a machine placement.

Spottico provides the marketplace "as is" and, to the extent permitted by law, is not liable for losses arising from listings, enquiries, communications or agreements made through the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under English law.
